The cottage is a cute and well equipped little getaway just outside of the city. We had a small issue during the stay with the heat but she answered the phone immediately and took care of the problem without hesitation on a holiday weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the house.l! We had a little bit of trouble getting onto the high profile beds because we are senior citizens, LOL but all in all we enjoyed our time immensely. I had a little bit of trouble getting through on a message to the property owner after we were checked in, but I was able to reach her by phone so no big deal. Only other thing we had trouble with was the central heat appeared to be set to turn off and on at certain times and we were cold the first morning but figured it out. ##### Priscilla C.
