Front desk staff was unsure if I would pay deposit for license Service Dog. He was telling all kinds of things that did not apply.
My room had roaches coming from shower drain. Tried washing them down and they would be back up. Gross. They told me they were palmetto bugs. Still not something I want to see when showering.
Then at check out. I had the same non knowable staff member who wanted to Charge me more than Expedia said I own the property. I showed the clerk Expedia receipt.
I left the hotel not closing my bill because I was not paying it.
Watch out when booking online and paying at hotel!!

From the moment I arrived, this place exceeded expectations. Check‑in was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were not only professional but genuinely attentive. Every interaction with guest services felt effortless—they were quick to respond, friendly, and clearly committed to making the stay comfortable.
The room itself was spotless. You could tell housekeeping takes real pride in their work: fresh linens, clean surfaces, and everything neatly arranged. The entire property was well maintained, and the surrounding area was clean, quiet, and easy to navigate, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, this hotel delivered exactly what you hope for when traveling—comfort, cleanliness, and great service from start to finish.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had an ocean view room and it was amazing looking out at the sunrise and sunset. The desk staff were very warm and friendly and knowledgeable. The valet staff was excellent, especially Joey and Charles.
