"Great location on a clean and clear canal just off of Lemon Bay within a short 1/2 mile walking distance to some great restaurants and shops.The home was clean and squared away when we arrived. The back patio is large and cool with insulated roof panels and ceiling fans…great space for hanging out in the shade."

"This was a wonderful location and the owner was nice communicative. The place was super clean with the exception of some kitchen items perhaps an oversight because we were the first to rent here. Definitely needs window treatments on the bedroom and bathroom windows but we think this will quickly become a favorite spot for vacationers. "

In a great neighborhood close to Dearborn Street and grocery stores. Only a 10 min drive to the beach. The Beds are super comfortable. We would love to stay again! Thank you so much!"

"Found everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Clean room, heated pool and full kitchen. Spent evenings on the dock watching all the bay activities. Very relaxing. The only thing that was missing was direct beach access with sand. The area has several beautiful beaches though and only a short ride away."

"WOW! WOW! WOW! Is all we can say! Gathering for 5 of us grade school pals after 50 years!! Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location. We never left. Had deliveries come to us!! Wonderful beach & sunsets. Pretty private. Shark teeth galore!! Only downfall we'd have to say was little tricky on spiral staircase up and down on our old joints & bones but otherwise, AMAZING!!! "The view from the wrap around deck, and from the living room and bedroom was fantastic! Right on the beach. You can view the best sunsets ever. The kitchen is stocked with most what you need for preparing meals. The extra “guest room” was a very special touch. Added privacy. The decor is comfortable throughout. The area was hit by a hurricane a few years ago, and there is a lot of work being done on homes and yards up and down the key. Andrew was responsive with any issue I had."

"From the moment you pull in the driveway you know this is going to be a good experience. The patio is welcoming with a full patio set and cushions. Going into main building you walk into a full kitchen with range and stove and microwave and a full size refrigerator. In the kitchen you will find everything you need including a full spice Pantry pots and pans and plates. A warm and welcoming living room eating area, with ceiling fans coffee bar and comfortable furniture. Two full bedrooms with bedroom furniture including full bureaus and closets space. Walking back outside to the patio there is the laundry room full washer and dryer. The backyard is welcoming with patio lights backyard furniture, outdoor shower. I am an artist that was traveling for a month in Florida doing shows and this was by far the best location I stayed in and the most clean and comfortable location. Communication with the host is instantaneous and when I needed to check in an hour early I was given that approval and everything was clean and ready. I would stay at this location anytime I travel to the Sarasota area"
