About this property
Elegant and cozy apartment with 180 ° mountain views towards the lake :)
The house consists of two separate apartments Cozy and Bright. Apartment Cozy (80m2) is located on the ground floor. It is renovated and passionately decorated with old mid-century furniture. There are two double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen (equipped with the usual appliances and utensils, including a toaster and oven), living room with TV and Chromecast connection, closed terrace with a mountain view of the highest mountain of the Karawanks range - Stol.
Apartment is a modern, clean and incredibly cozy place to stay with a view of beautiful mountains and even a bit of the lake. In front of the house, there is a parking, an outdoor chill space and garden.
They are fully equipped with natural, sustainable Equacare products (hand foaming soap, body shower gel, dish soap) as well as fresh bed sheets and towels ready for you.
We are located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake. The city centre is 30 min walk away, but we provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you renting a car.
Shared laundry is in the basement. In a garage you will also find bicycles that you can always use. We are also trying our best with the garden - feel free to pick up some vegetables and fruits from there.

While we travel around the world, our good friend Nik will be here for you! During your stay, he will take maximum care to make you feel at home. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact him and enjoy your stay. :)
