Host needs to answer her phone The actual apartment was lovely and well equipped. Location is good as well. However the check in process was bad. The host did not answer their phone, we had informed them what time we were arriving and they asked did we want self check in to which we had said yes at 8am before our check in at 3:30\. Steps to bedrooms are extremely steep, would not suit young children or older guests.
