Lovely home in Prizba

  • Located in Priba, on a hill and beautifully situated above the Ratak peninsula, this lovely holiday home is ideal for a family holiday. The interior is a mixture of rustic and modern style. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the living area. Internal stairs lead to the gallery, where there is another bathroom. From the living room you can reach the terrace with pool, which offers the perfect refreshment on hot summer days. The holiday home is the perfect choice for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, and the beautiful pebble beach, which is one of the most beautiful in the village and suitable for children, is only a few minutes' walk away. For water sports enthusiasts, there is a sailing school and the possibility of hiring jet skis, kayaks and boats. A visit to the historic town of Korula is highly recommended.

Der Aufenthalt in in diesem Haus war ein Traum! Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, ja herzlich und immer erreichbar für uns wenn wir etwas brauchten. Der Eindruck beim Bezug des Hauses war, als wären wir die ersten Gäste in diesem Haus. Die Ausstattung in der Küche und auch im restlichen Haus war einzigartig. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse zum Meer war wunderschön. Zum Strand sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Strand ist relativ klein und belebt im August. Es gibt aber auch ruhigere Zugänge zum Meer in der Umgebung. Wir waren übrigens vier Erwachsene und zwei Jugendliche.

Joze ist ein sehr netter Eigentümer und hilft jederzeit.Das Haus ist super - ideal für eine Familie mit 1-2 Kindern. Man hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist mega - unser Sohn hat ihn geliebt. Supermarkt ist gut zu erreichen, hat das Nötigste. Resstaurant sind ebenso gut zu in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.Wir haben die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen und können es nur empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft hat uns insbesondere mit der Terrasse mit guter Ausstattung, mit Pool und Meerblick sehr beeindruckt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, wobei zu viel Schnick-Schnack (Deko, Teppiche, Kissen, etc.) nicht unbedingt sein müsste, da unnötig Staubfänger. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und eine Lavazza-Kaffe-Maschine mit Pads steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.Eine Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich für 2 zusätzliche Zimmer + Empore ist zu schwach um bei der Hitze von 35 Grad auch das Obergeschoss mit zusätzlichem Bad entsprechend zu kühlen.Das Bad im Erdgeschoss ist nicht gut durchlüftet, weshalb sich an den Fugen auf dem Boden bereits erhebliche Schimmelspuren gebildet haben. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und vertrauenswürdig. Seine Pizzeria in Blato ist ein Besuch wert um leckere Pizzas aus einem echten Steinofen zu geniessen. (Bloss keine Lasagne bestellen, da sehr viel Käse ohne Tomatensoße).Im Ort kan man in den Bars an der Promenade zwar gut essen, allerdings nur Fastfood. Ein Restaurant mit gutem Essen im Ort ist immer voll, weshalb man immer einen Tag im Voraus reservieren sollte. Ein kleiner Laden bietet alles an (10% teurer als im Supermarkt), was man so für den Alltag benötigt. Ich kann das Haus für eine Familie mit max. 2 Kinder weiterempfehlen. Für 6 Personen eher nicht geeignet.

Absolute gem. Comfy, quiet, stunning setting, unspoilt village - what's not to like

What a great villa! Lovely comfy beds, great little sofa area, brilliant air con and pool, beautiful garden and terrace, stunning coast views, excellent wifi. Exceeded our expectations! Joze (owner) was charming , relaxed and friendly. Prizba is so unspoilt! Great restaurant on the seafront, boat/jet ski hire, clear beautiful sea... Our visit coincided with a little local festival one night and a wedding next to the sea the next! We will definitely return.
