Cozy and comfortable. Ideal location for exploring the Feldberg Lake District and Mecklenburg Lake District. Short distances to Neubrandenburg, Neustrelitz, Feldberg, Burg Stargard. And everywhere water, forest and nature. Perfect mix for nature lovers and culture-interested vacationers. The apartment has about 45sqm, a bedroom with possibility of extra bed (baby equipment available :)). A cozy kitchen with dining area, sofa and fully equipped kitchen incl. Oven and dishwasher. Both rooms are connected by a large double door and the large patio door allows the view into the garden. Here you have a view protected seating and barbecue area. You are also welcome to use the rest of the garden and look for a nice spot. Children are welcome. Pets unfortunately not. Die Vermieterin angerufen - keinen erreicht und auch keinen Rückruf erhalten. Heizung nur lau warm selbst auf höchster Stufe. Obwohl wir an mehreren Tagen vergeblich vor einem Restaurant standen. Es gibt nur ein Restaurant in der Nähe, was Montags und Dienstags geschlossen hat und leider am letzten Freitag augebucht war. Das 6 Km entfernte hat aufgrund von Personalmangel sehr unregelmäßige Öffnungszeiten. An einem Tag haben wir weder in Carwitz noch in Feldberg einen Platz bekommen. Dafür ist in dem dortigen Edeka ein sehr gutes Grillfleischangebot. Und grillen ist beim Gastgeber sehr gut möglich, sogar ein Grill steht zur Verfügung! ##### Peter W. Die Wohnung war soweit ordentlich und sauber. Die Fenster hätten allerdings dringend einer Reinigung bedurft. Die Terrassenmöbel waren unbequem und der sogenannte Garten leider ungepflegt was nicht allein dem heissen Wetter geschuldet war. Schön war die Möglichkeit zum Grillen, es war alles vorhanden. Für einen Aufenthalt im Sommer wäre ein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank wünschenswert. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber. Für einen Aufenthalt bei schlechtem Wetter ist uns diese Wohnung leider zu ungemütlich. Für Unternehmungen zu den Seenplatten liegt sie optimal. ##### Regine G. Wenige Einwohner waren zu sehen. Es ist sinnvoll mit dem Auto anzureisen, um unabhängig und flexibel zu sein. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen okay. Leider mangelte es ein wenig an der Sauberkeit - überall waren Spinnen und Spinnweben zu sehen. Auch roch es im Bad stark nach einem Schimmelmittel. Im Wohnraum roch es aus den Schränken heraus nach Knoblauch. Es war sehr unangenehm. Der Vorgarten und Garten hinten waren verwildert. Verrosteter Grill und Wäscheständer standen auf der Terrasse. Die gezeigten Bilder spiegeln nicht die aktuelle Situation wieder. Der Autoverkehr in den Morgenstunden ist erheblich. Es war super sauber, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und sowohl Checkin als auch Checkout verliefen absolut einwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben das Objekt bereits schon weiter empfohlen. ##### Thomas D. Schöne Wohnung mit separatem Eingang (sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin wohnt im anderen Teil des Hauses), großem Flur, kleines modernes Bad, Wohn-/Esszimmer, separatem Schlafzimmer und einer großen Terrasse mit Grill und Gartenzugang. Für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend, bei Dreien wird's dann am Tisch ein bisschen eng. Ansonsten ist soweit alles vorhanden (Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine), zu bemerken wäre höchstens, dass der Kühlschrank kein Gefrierfach hat. Für mitgebrachte Fahrräder gibts einen Schuppen zum Unterstellen. Eine schöne Badestelle ist mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem PKW in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub hier! ##### Bettina H. Alles ist hübsch eingerichtet und Recht neu. Mann kann sich problemlos wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist etwas abseits der üblichen Pfade, man kann mit dem Auto alle Interessenten Punkte der Gegend gut erreichen. Die Badestelle ist in gehweite. Ein Plus ist außerdem der kleine Supermarkt gegenüber,der das Notwendigste anbietet. Ansonsten bietet Blankenese eher Ruhe. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub zum Erholen. ##### Christine H. Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren oder Wanderungen entlang der Mecklenburgischen Seenplatte. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr entspannt und gibt wertvolle Tips für Sehenswertes in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und eignet sich für Paare oder Eltern mit höchstens einem Kleinkind. Auf der anderen Straßenseite im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Konsum, in dem man das Nötigste kaufen kann. Besonders, da er im Umkreis vom 15km die einzige Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist. Natur pur! Viel Ruhe! Stayed 4 nights in Dec 2018 ### 6/10 Okay #### Barbara E. 10 Aug 2018 #### Ruhig gelegene Wohnung zum Entspannen Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und ich fühlte mich dort wohl. Trotz sehr heißer Sommertage war die Temperatur im Haus angenehm. Es gibt im Dorf nur 1 Restaurant, ca. 1 km entfernt direkt an einer Verkehrsstraße. Für Urlauber, die sich nach Ruhe sehnen, ist es ein guter Platz. Für Alleinreisende gibt es in diesem kleinen Dorf kaum Kontaktmöglichkeiten.
