The property is as described. The breakfast was good. The only issue we had was that the area around, it was noisy and not clean. I guess the staff can't do anything there.

The hotel was bang average, staff were often rude which was disappointing. Hotel was clean and in a great location as not far from the beach.

I was expecting more, nice place but small rooms
This is just my personal opinion, but l found the room very small. For being a 4+ stars hotel l was expecting more. The pool is okay even though is not really big. The fridge was empty and not even a bottle of water was in the room. The hotel is quite far from the train station which is also uphill so it was hard to get there and come back to Barcelona.

Thank you for booking with us, regarding your comments, tell you that all the hotels are far from the train station, since it is far from the center. the hotel is 100 m from the bus station, which by taking a bus takes you to the train station, if you had asked at reception they would have advised you not to walk to the train station since you take a bus. About the size of the rooms, they are within the standards of a 4-star hotel, being in the registry with the locator HG-001611. The rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, but the hotel does not offer a mini-bar service, in case you want a drink, we have a bar open 24 hours, next to the reception. AC weak, slow cool down, food was nice but they don't give any drinks for dinner not even water and ice only you can buy in bar. If you want just hot water you still have to pay 50 cents. Not good for 4 starts hotel

Fantastic hotel, great location
We had a lovely stay in Petit Palau. Everything is very modern and clean; the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom was big with a good shower. We had a very comfortable bed and a nice balcony. We also enjoyed an hour in the hotel spa. Perfect location for the beach and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very clean & comfortable hotel
A very clean and comfortable hotel which is in a good location only 5 minute stroll to the lovely beach. It's recent refurb gives it a nice modern feel, the room was on a corner therefore had two balconys with a table and chairs on it and it had a nice big bathroom with a fantastic shower. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend it.

Tres bon rapport qualité prix
Bien, propre, a 300 m de la plage, le SPA est très sympa privatif et abordable (35€ 1H pour 2 personnes). Parking gratuit. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible pour rendre service.

Un lugar tranquilo, con una habitación cómoda. A destacar las buenas camas y la cercanía de la playa, a menos de cinco minutos caminando. También supermercados cerca, y a un paseo del centro. Recomendable!

Ruhiges und sehr organisiertes Hotel
Ein ruhiges Hotel nicht weit vom Strand, ein wenig gehabstand zur Stadzentrum und Besehungswertigkeiten. Sehr sauber, freundlich und effizient. Fruehstueck war gut.

Grand stay in Petit Palau
Nice hotel, 3 minute walk to the beach. Across the street big parkinglot and free parking. 15 minute walk to city center. Many restaurants and bars in neighbourhood. Free wifi works great.

Habitación muy bien, pero no ponen cafe ect en las habitaciones. Desayuno esta bien pero muy básico. Apenas hay fruta fresca por ejemplo (un poco de sandia y melon cortado ). La gente en recepción ect , correctos pero no demasiado simpáticos.

Muchas gracias por reservar con nosotros, en cuanto a los comentarios decirle que efectivamente no ponemos café en las habitaciones, el desayuno es bufet y muy variado, de fruta fresca hay unos días sandía y melón, otros kiwi , naranjas cortadas a rodajas, melocotón ,etc.., el personal de recepción como dice correctos, si un cliente quiere información se la proporcionamos, si quiere conversación también y si no quiere nada y solo pasa por delante de recepción pues saludan y continúan haciendo su trabajo, no sabemos muy bien a que se refiere simpáticos si han de estar todo el rato sonriendo a pesar de llevar mascarilla. un Saludo.

Le Petit Palau, au plaisir des vacances!
Pour votre séjour à Blanes, n'hésitez pas, l'Hôtel Petit palau est LE bon choix. Bien placé , à 5 mn à pied de la plage de S'Abanell, il se situe dans une zone où demeurent encore de jolies maisons basses typiques. Un service irréprochable et une équipe aux petits soins se mettra à votre disposition, avec ce petit quelque chose en plus pour peu que vous soyez prompt à capter une ambiance toute familiale. en demi pension, les menus sont variés et succulents. Bravo à toute l'équipe d'encadrement du petit palau sous la direction souriante d'Ester. Trouver un coin "famille" en vacances et nouer des amitiés , qual bonheur. Nul doute, "si Dios quiere", nous retournerons au Petit Palau. À 10 min à pied du Centre ville, donc à la fois à l'écart et au centre, l'Hôtel ne joue pas la carte du clinquant, mais celle de la simplicité et du bonheur apaisant d'être tout simplement bien et apaisé pour des vacances réussies.,

Helaas niet meer
Jammer dat de beschrijving van het hotel niet klopt met de werkelijkheid zoals uitzicht op strand, is er niet. Kamer voorzien van waterkoker en koffiezetapp is niet aanwezig, adults only zwemmen kinderen van 10_ 12 jaar in zwembad. Klein balkon met 2 stoelen en tafeltje waar je zelf dan niet meer bij kan. Kamer in nieuw staat, ontbijt voldoende keus, in het hotel rustig nachts buiten het hotel veel lawaai waardoor slapen lastig wordt

Rapport qualité / prix limite mauvais
Séjour en couple, avec petit déjeuner. Accueil très froid: la responsable à l’accueil ne nous regardais pas en nous donnant les instructions en espagnol (elle nous a dit qu'elle ne parlait pas français) et nous l'avons surprise à donner des explications très précise à d'autre client en français sinon le reste du personnel agréable. Hotel et chambre très propre, rénové récemment et avec des matériaux de qualité, lit confortable. Les serviettes de bain étaient très rêche! imaginez essuyer vos coups de soleil avec un paillasson. Petit déjeuner moyen. Les viennoiseries étaient mauvaise, les charcuteries de qualités moyenne et les jus de fruit bas de gamme. Quartier horriblement bruyant entre les boites de nuit pour spring break hollandais et la fête foraine au pied de l’hôtel. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied. Le stationnement pour voiture une mission, sinon parking payant 6 euros / jour.
