The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, paper goods, plastic ware, and everything you need to cook (we cooked the whole stay). Great covered patio surrounds back of house with nice large Weber Genesis gas grill that was clean and used multiple nights. Well stocked with games inside and outdoor swings, toys, and play equipment for toddlers in a grassy area under huge oak trees surrounding the house. Great access to the river down a gentle slope. We appreciated the well stocked wood pile as we had 2 campfires in the fire pit near the house and made S'mores. Easy access to property and house.
