FOUR FULL BATHROOMS

All four bathrooms feature modern fixtures and updated finishes.

• Third bedroom en-suite: tub/shower combination
• Main-level bathroom: walk-in shower near the second bedroom and common areas

Bathrooms are stocked with towels, hair dryers, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

HEATING AND COOLING: MINI-SPLIT SYSTEM

The home has ductless mini-split units for heating and cooling.

Unit locations:
• King bedrooms: 2 units in each bedroom
• Kitchen/breakfast nook: 1 unit
• Lower level/game room: 1 unit

Use the remote control for each unit. Select HEAT in cold weather or COOL in warm weather, then adjust the temperature as desired. Each unit controls its own area.

Important: Please do not adjust the wall thermostats. They only display room temperature and do not control heating or cooling.

Please keep windows and exterior doors closed while the units are running, and leave the remotes in their respective rooms at checkout.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Community badges: Guests aged 6 and older require a community badge. Ten amenity badges are provided. Additional badges for groups exceeding 10 guests cost $5 per person, even if those guests do not plan to use the amenities.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

Gated Community
Brier Crest Woods is a gated community with 24/7 security patrol. A complete guest list is required after booking for entry through the security gate.

No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home. Additional cleaning fees may apply for violations.

No Parties
Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.

Pets
Pets are welcome with a $125 pet fee per stay.

Exterior Security Cameras
The property has three exterior cameras: a Ring doorbell at the front entrance, a driveway camera, and a backyard camera. There are no cameras inside the home.

Minimum Booking Age
The minimum age to book is 22 years old.

Parking
Up to 4 vehicles can park in the driveway, with additional parking available in the 2-car garage.
