A second bath with a tub/shower combo is easily accessible from both the living area and second bedroom.

HOUSE RULES:
01. Quiet Hours are 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Any complaints regarding excessive noise or other nuisances may be cause for immediate termination of this accommodation and forfeiture of the Renter’s Rent and the Cleaning Fee. Loud or unruly behavior is restricted by local ordinance and subject to fines. The Premises may not be used for weddings, receptions, or parties. Renter shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GGL from any fines levied due to Renter’s stay.
02. There is a firm NO SMOKING policy throughout the Meadows, both inside and out. Smoking of any substances, tobacco or otherwise, is not allowed in or around the Premises. If GGL has determined that smoking has occurred in or impacted the Premises, (a) Renter shall be responsible for all damage caused by, and all incidental costs related to, the smoking; and (b) Renter and Guests may be required to leave the Premises immediately, in GGL’s sole and absolute discretion.
03. Please do not overload the dumpsters, and use the GREEN dumpsters for trash and BLUE for recycle. *See LOCAL RULES below*
04. Please do not put anything down the toilet or sink that is not easily degradable.
05. Condition of Premises. The Premises shall be inspected, sanitized, and cleaned before Renter’s arrival and after Renter’s departure. The Cleaning Fee covers normal cleaning and sanitization. Renter agrees to leave the Premises in reasonable condition. If additional cleaning is required, Renter shall pay for such services at a rate of $75.00 per hour.
06. GGL does not charge a damage waiver. We understand things sometimes happen! Renter agrees to immediately notify the Host (GGL) of any damages that occur. Renter agrees to pay for losses, damage, or additional cleaning expenses incurred.
07. Pets. Pets in pet-friendly homes are strictly prohibited from being on furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture or beds, Renter will be subject to a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100. Towels belonging to the Premises are not to be used on pets. Visiting pets are not allowed. If an unauthorized pet is at the Premises, or found to have been at the Premises,
(a)Renter shall immediately be subject to a non-refundable penalty of $100, in addition to any applicable standard pet fee of $150.
(b)Renter shall be responsible for all damage caused by, and all incidental costs related to the pet; and
(c)Renter and Guests may be required to leave the Premises immediately, in GGL’s sole and absolute discretion.

LOCAL RULES:
01. Garbage: Due to local wildlife, Renters must take their trash to the designated outside receptacles to avoid bear or animal disturbance. There are four GREEN trash dumpsters throughout the Meadows. If the dumpster closest to your unit is full, please walk a short distance to the next one. There are two BLUE recycling dumpsters for glass, cardboard, and plastic: one in the lower loop near unit 94 and one in the upper loop near unit 87. Please use the TRASH dumpsters when the RECYCLE dumpsters are full.

Guest agrees to comply with all rules that are posted at the Premises, delivered to Renter, or posted within the Graeagle Meadows community. Renter shall not subject the Premises to commercial use.
