Air conditioning was disabled as they explained they do this in the off season, but it was a hot day and night so it was extremely hot in our room and we couldn’t sleep. No solutions were provided. I liked everything except the check in process. Even though the people at the front were very helpful and mostly did everything why can't they just do it all instead of tired travelers fumbling through this process. The food and drinks were great, clean rooms and hotel. I would stay here again.
