Great location to Virginia Tech, very comfortable beds, a pool and gym, a bar and free coffee in the morning. Great place to stay. Only negative is the breakfast isn’t free, which we knew ahead of time but still a bummer.

The room was clean except where you put your fingers to open the fridge was FULlL of crumbs and looked like it had never been cleaned. Disgusting. There was so much construction, guests should be warned ahead of time S I wouldn’t have stayed. I could hear the neighbors a o e showering and walking around very clearly. Louder than comparable hotels of other brands

My ONLY complaint is with the obvious neglect of the dog run area. I believe dog owners should/MUST clean up after their dogs…it seems folks staying here do not do so. There were easily 10” piles of dog waste all over the run area. I think the property MUST enforce clean up or have a staff member maintain the area.
I really liked this hotel. Very clean and the building seems to be very new and well maintained. The staff was really nice, friendly and professional. I will stay there again the next time I visit VT. Thanks!
Have stayed here several times. There is limited seating in room, one chair that is uncomfortable. No vent in bathroom it gets very steamy taking a shower. Snowed today and sidewalks not salted or shoveled. Very difficult walking to car.
Great hotel! It was cozy and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
The staff were wonderful! Very polite and helpful. Loved the hot chocolate bar. Breakfast was good too! Would love Pepsi instead of Coke. :) Decorated very nice for Christmas and graduation. LOVE the cruelty free products in the room and the big bottles. Would definitely stay again.
