Really enjoyable stay.Parked the car and left it as we purchased cheap tram tickets. Accommodation was really comfortable,great breakfast and friendly host. Quiet part of the town but convenient for trams so could get up and down the seafront easily.Highly recommended.

Highly rated B and B

Arrived early and was met by Lorraine who informed us the room was ready. Having filled in the necessary paperwork and exchanged pleasantries with Bryan, Lorraine showed us up to our comfortable room. Fully equipped with a hospitality tray, tv, adequate storage, double and single bed. Ensuite consists of a very good electric shower soap and shower gel (room 3). Breakfast is cereal, fruit juices, substantial full English or any deritive of the full english, toast, jams. On site parking, public transport within 5 minutes walk to promenade. Also there is a bus route one street down (Warbek Drive) into Blackpool or Cleverlys. All in all an excellent b and b, we would like to say( only on personal taste) the mattress was too soft and the duvet too heavy, but you cannot please everyone. We wish Bryan and Lorraine continued success and will return next time we are in Blackpool. Would certainly recommend to everyone.

Excellent!!

From the moment we arrived everything was lovely. The room was perfect, infact would like it at home 😊. The breakfast was very good and nothing was too much trouble for Lorraine and Brian. We will definitely be booking again on our next trip to Blackpool. One of the best we have stayed in, if not the best. Only a few metres from the seafront and tram stop too. It is not too far from the North Pier if you are able to walk. Took us on a stroll pace around 20 minutes, you can see the Tower clearly. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Beechcliffe to my friends and family.

Lovely warm welcome from Lorraine even though we were early. Tea and biscuits whilst booking in. Hotel was spotless. Lovely and warm. Comfy beds and a great cooked breakfast. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Lots of info on area and tram services.

A great small hotel on Blacpool’s North Shore.

We enjoyed our four night stay at the end of November/beginning of December. The location was good for us, being a short tram ride/drive to the town centre but also situated in a nice quiet area of Blackpool on th North Shore. The owners, Lorraine and Brian gave us a very warm welcome and went out of their way to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. Our room was clean, spacious and cosy with a nice ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was also good. We will certainly stay at the Beechcliffe when we visit Blackpool again and would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Ideal place to stay close to beach and public transport easy walking along front ,and through lovely commemorative gardens . Room although small did not feel confining was light and airy and nice touch electric fan !! Honesty bar in dining room was convenient ,good breakfast in light airy dining room ,nice to see stained glass windows had been left throughout the house . Off road parking and close to local shops. Very good value for money

Hosts Lorraine and Bryan could not have been more welcoming and helpful with information about the local area. Our twin room on the second floor was spotlessly clean and well decorated with a slightly unusual layout. It provided everything you would expect and represented great value. Breakfast was freshly cooked and appetising.

Great stay for 3*s

Very friendly welcome, helped us with transport and local amenities by offering recommendations. Tea and biscuits on arrival after a long journey. Lovely breakfast. Very helpful but gave us enough space to relax. Also allowed us to keep the car parked onsite even after we had checked out. Will be returning!!!
