In an great spot, close to everything, really nice clean fresh hotel, decent games room, big bar area and restaurant, owners went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. reccommend you stay here, nice chippy at the end of the street, shops and a nice cafe at the other end.
Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely hotel very clean , breakfast very nice and the owners caroline was lovely thank you
The staff who helped us check-in were amazing, however we were getting ready to check out for 10:30am, it was 10:14am, one of the staff members walked in on us getting ready, the hotel overall was clean and tidy, the beds on the otherside had stains on and had bits all in the bed before we got under the duvet. Lovely shower pressure and very hot and the beds were very comfortable
The owners where lovely the ladys son was very helpful, carrying my friends case up the stairs, helping late at night etc.Room was very clean, comfy beds .I would stay here again Thankyou Highly recommended.
Me and my partner had a comfortable stay. We only stayed one night but the room was spacious, warm and comfortable. Not sure why this hotel has received bad reviews. The host was welcoming and check in was easy. We paid £10 for their parking which was a squeeze but apart from this, it was fine. It's a budget hotel so it's basic. I've paid more for hotels and they've been much worse.

A friendly welcome. The room was fine and comfortable. My only quibble is that the hotel was so warm! We had to have the windows open as the radiators were super hot. I was glad it was autumn and not the heat of summer. Other than that the hotel was clean, lovely staff, good parking and an excellent location. Would recommend for a short family stay.
Overall, had a great stay. My only issue was the parking they had a back parking lot for three cars, but I do believe they had lots more parking in different areas. However, the parking spot that I had to park in was very tight for a SUV. Nice and friendly front staff both coming in and leaving.
Great Service and comfortable room.
Had tea, coffee and water was ready.
And great location. I will definitely recommend to everyone ! Thanks for excellent service!
Regards,
B&B was great, it was very tidy and cleanliness was fantastic, also very easy to find and also had private parking for guest for a reasonable, fair price. The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Was impressed with thrreakfast time was

This was only an overnight stay so I didn’t have a chance to have a look round. Reason for choosing this hotel was that it was less than a 10 minute walk to the football ground. This was an out of season visit.
The room was comfortable and clean. The room was ok in size and had the basic amenities tea coffee kettle to etc. I would use again.
Staff were amazing although we did have a few issues tv not working being one and I asked and they said the next day they’d try to move us or get a replacement this never happened the shower was also a issue going hot and cold

Confusion around payment, i was told a vard payment would be made on day of arrival, they dont have card facilities. Tried to bank transfer, ot went wrong. Manager became rude and demanded cash now, he terrified my daughter. We left and came home. Absolutely awful experience. The only upside was the receptionist who was polite and kind.
Great stay at the Ashley Victoria... hosts we're extremely accommodating, friendly and supported any additional requests we had. Great stay and great value for money.
Nice hotel within walking distance of pleasure beach and sandcastle. Also north pier. Good breakfast and friendly welcome.

Arrived at the hotel to find that is was permanently closed.
The manager said that she had made Hotels.com aware, something that Hotels.com said was not true.
We would have been left on the street with no accommodation but Hotels.com took ownership and sorted us with an alternative hotel.
Hotels.com were wonderful, the Ashley Victoria Hotel, absolutely shocking.
Support was so lacking that the owners decided to cancel all the bookings 5 days before we arrived without bothering to tell their guests. So we turned up on Saturday to be told, sorry, the owners are having an issue so we cancelled your booking.
