"Definitely did not feel not a 5\* hotel, more around a 3.5\*. Staff were helpful enough even though they seemed little bored half the time. The room, while good size and comfortable beds, always had a terrible smell, which came from the bathroom; which, also while also being decent size, felt like many times, you needed wear a gas mask to use, as the smell was ofter unbearable, coming from the vent above. Also, only paper cups , no glassware or china, come on now!....As some have mentioned, you can at night hear the sounds from the nightclub below until around 2-3am, so if you are a very early/light sleeper, might be a problem..otherwise its not too big of a deal. Best thing about this hotel, is the location, close to the boulevard and beach, variety of shops & dining options within walking distance & very easy to access the rest of city from there."

"Great hotel. Great location. Amazing room (family suite). Just make sure when you check in not to fall into their manipulation of you can upgrade your room - I went to see the room that they wanted me to upgrade to, and it wasn't as good as the one that I originally ordered (so I didn't upgrade). However, they were nice and gave me credits to use in the hotel services/restaurants which was really nice. I didn't like the fact that there is always a cigarette smell coming from the casino. Other than that it was great! Loved the pools, loved the room, loved the view. Highly recommended "
