"I'm cursed when it comes to pools/hot tubs - they're always being repaired when I visit! The coffee maker (room 114) was finicky, I had a hard time getting it to turn on. The lever that diverts water from bath to shower doesn't shut off the bath supply very well, leaving less pressure through the shower head. All that is fairly minor, the room was comfortable and clean and I'd happily return!"

"The house was an absolute gem! My friends and I were driving from Salt Lake City for a mountain biking trip, and the house was an ideal fit for our group size. Each person had their own room, and two rooms were specifically designed for couples. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and there was an abundance of pots and pans to choose from. I wish we had more days to explore the property, but that only made us more eager to book it again for our next visit."

"Here's a draft for the Fruita house — built only from what I know is true. The bracketed bits are the parts I can't know (cleanliness, host, kitchen) — confirm, tweak, or cut those in the app:---We stayed with a group of four mountain bikers and the house worked great as a basecamp for riding Fruita — the Kokopelli Loops and 18 Road are both an easy drive, and we even made a day trip over to Moab. Plenty of room for four adults and all our bikes and gear, and the kitchen handled group meals without feeling cramped. The house was clean and everything was as described (really only 3 bedrooms with one having an attached room with a bed in it) and communication with the host was easy. Would happily stay again for another riding trip.---"

The surrounding scenery was amazing. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. It will be remember in our hearts for a very long time. Thank you for helping us make it a memorable event."
