"We were very excited to spend a few days in the Maine woods at the Bear's Den. The cabin was spotless and super clean. The hosts left us a great S'mores kit, and several bear themes mementos to welcome us. The A/C was already on and was nice after a hot drive. The house was well stocked and everything was as described. Our teen son and his friends loved the bunka, the fire pit and the game room. They walked everyday to either the pool or the awesome beach. We spent nights around the fire pit and plainy games on the screened porch. We. Had a great time and enjoyed the proximity to Bridgton.Would recommend and would definitely stay again if availableThanks for a great stay!"

"House was spotless, we were surprised how exceptionally clean it was. Out host was very fast to response with any questions we had. A welcome gift ( bottle of wine, chips and salsa ) was a nice surprise. It's a great place to relax and unwind. We loved our afternoons on the deck, kids enjoyed pool and beach that was nearby. We highly recommend this place and will be back."
Waterfront Eco Friendly House Near White Mountains, fire pit, outdoor sauna

"We spent 3 nights at the property and loved every minute of the experience. The sauna was an added benefit which we took advantage of... there are bass in the pond. Get out there on the kayaks and go for it. The hosts were extremely helpful and responded quickly to our texts... not that we had many but they were always there. The place is nearly brand new... the beds were super comfy. Loved it."

"The check in process was very smooth, we had an issue with water pressure when we arrived. Tom, the property host was very attentive and walked me through the reset process for the water pressure pump. The theater was a little complicated also, but Tom was able to resolve both issues for us within an hour of our arrival. None of it was even frustrating. Note, getting these types of amenities up in the mountains (with a stunning view) can’t be easy. The kids loved the game room and the theater. As an “at home” chef, the kitchen was incredible and has plenty of room for movement. Hot tubbing during sunsets with the mountains is a must! The house is incredibly roomy and we would stay again!"
