  • Location, location, location! Fully renovated duplex located in downtown Black Mountain (which was recently voted by Trip Advisor as one of the “Prettiest Small Towns in America to Vacation.”). Park your car and take a hike or ride your bike. This top unit is within walking distance to everything local in Black Mountain. Such as; restaurants, breweries, shops, craft stores, picnic areas, walking paths, greenways and town festivities. There is also a nearby golf course, park and lake. You will be in downtown Black Mountain. Walking distance to downtown, near I-40; Montreat College; Camp Merri-Mac; Katazuma; Warren Wilson College; 20 minute drive to Asheville; 30 min drive to Catawba Falls.
    This top unit is spacious with an open floor plan, a washer /dryer for your private use and a private balcony with rocking chairs. Just relax in the evenings and breathe in the mountain air.
