Excellent location downtown Black Mountain

  • Location, location, location! Fully renovated duplex located in downtown Black Mountain (which was recently voted by Trip Advisor as one of the “Prettiest Small Towns in America to Vacation.”). Park your car and take a hike or ride your bike. This first floor unit is within walking distance to everything local in Black Mountain. Such as; restaurants, breweries, shops, craft stores, picnic areas, walking paths, greenways and town festivities. There is also a nearby golf course, park and lake. You will be in downtown Black Mountain. Walking distance to downtown, near I-40; Montreat College; Camp Merri-Mac; Katazuma; Warren Wilson College; 20 minute drive to Asheville; 30 min drive to Catawba Falls.
    This first floor unit is a two bath one and a half bath newly remodeled with a washer /dryer for your private use. You can enjoy the front porch (with a table and swing) or use the shared backyard.
    This unit can be rented in conjuction with adjoining second floor apartment VRBO #1984083.
