Room clean, great checkin, breakfast good generally a great all round experience

Excellent all round, best hotel experience for some time.

The location and standard of the hotel were both great. Funky bar in the cellar.

The room was a great size, very clean with excellent amenities. Would happily stay again!

Great property, stayed here several times. Would love some extra outdoor seating

We stayed at Burnsville on our way to KY for one night. We found the hotel easy & parking was OK in the town square, no problems at all. Checking in easy, super nice and friendly staff. The fire was crackling which was very much appreciated as it was 33 degs outside with a cool wind blowing outside. The room (the Lumberjack) was adorable. Newly decorated and lots of brand new items in the room. Fantastic bathroom, literally - the best shower I have ever had in a hotel!! We had a coffee and...

Wally the receptionist was the highlight of our visit. Missing our own pooches meant cuddles was a must. The rest of the team are great too so friendly. And the room was amazing.

Very good for the price, room was very nice and clean and all the staff were great

Front the moment we arrived and the valet parked our car all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a welcome glass if bubbly on check in and Vanessa's was particularly helpful. Our room was clean so comfortable with everything you needed and the most amazing view so we slept with the blinds open. The roof top bar is a great place to have a beer on a warm sunny afternoon

The bar/restaurant is extremely well run and managed. Our only issue was the breakfast. We stayed 4 nights but only ate breakfast once. Anything you get that is warm goes freezing in minutes as the plates aren’t warmed. That put us off returning again and we simply went to Waffle House next door. Other than that. The place is great with everything at the bar and restaurant being reasonably priced.

Stunning! Simply stunning!

Fantastic hotel. Clean, spacious and great staff. Breakfast was one of the best too

Excellent hotel in the arts district. Philip (reception) was extremely efficient, nothing too much trouble. Two female bar staff looking after rooftop bar very attentive. The hotel decor breathtaking. Had king size bedroom with a view of the river. Hopefully we will be returning.
