"To start with, no check in information was sent to me before I arrived. When I arrived I couldn't get hold of the owner as he wasn't answering his phone and didn't have the curtesy to reply to the several messages I left, both in the form of answer phone and text. I had to contact Hotels.com via the online chat. Eventually one of the owners employees phoned me and said he would come and let me in. Once in the property, things didn't really improve. "Start to finish, the staff were incredibly helpful in explaining what their amenities and services they have, as well as assist me in getting my suite key replaced after I forgot it in my room. They also offer breakfast that is reasonably flexible and the ability to order food from your room at most hours. Room service was done on the daily and you can request refills from the complimentary snack parlour via the phone or in person. Wifi was also provided for free."

"My son and I had a lovely stay here for one night in a supreme runway room. My son was very impressed as he loves planes. The room was bright and well decorated, the wall art was beautiful. The mattress was softer than I'm used to but still really comfortable, we both had a wonderful nights sleep. The sealant around the window needed replacing, the plug in the bath was permanently in (blocking the plug hole) and the lights under the bathroom counter no longer worked. For these reasons I have knocked a star off. We both really enjoyed watching the planes during the daylight and into the evening. The hotel really is in a lovely position. The gentleman who worked the front desk was very helpful and friendly, as were all the staff. We ate at the restaurant on the evening and the food was lovely. Cooked fresh and tasty. It was a bit on the expensive side but worth it. A bit more choice on the menu would have been good. We also had breakfast which was yum. There was the usual cooked items although fried eggs were missing. The pastries were plentiful and it was nice to see some vegan items. The vegan choice was good also and the cereal choice was brilliant. We loved the late check out time also, it gave me some time to chill out and finish my coffee in the seating area between reception and the restaurant. Overall this is a lovely hotel that was set out really well, in a brilliant position for the airport with loads of secure parking. Will visit again. Thank you to all the staff."
