Difficult to get in to the hotel, the lady came out shouting at us asking why we did not read the notice on the door- it was in French She was unpleasant and after we got in to the room we had some questions but she was nowhere to be found. Five phone calls to reception were not answered and even the people on the Chat line could not reach her. A really bad experience

Je recommande vivement !

Je descends régulièrement dans cet hôtel depuis plusieurs années. La directrice est toujours très accueillante et très attentionnée pour que le séjour de chacun soit le plus confortable possible . Je recommande vivement cet hôtel bien situé dans une zone commerciale où il est possible de déjeuner ou dîner . Le centre ville de Pau est à 10 min en voiture. Il y a un grand parking dans le centre ville où on peut stationner pour 1,50 € la demi-journée.

Difficulté pour accéder à ma chambre. Le mail reçu pour confirmer ma réservation ne contenait pas de le code de réservation nécessaire pour m’identifier sur la borne. Et le mail ne mentionne qu’en tous petit les horaires d’ouverture de la réception jusqu’à 21 h La salle de bain est très petite, assez vieillissante. Compte tenu de la configuration des lieux, un tapis de bain éviterait l’inondation.

Difficile de noter le service. La dame était charmante. Le problème vient de ce que la plate-forme visiblement n’est pas en lien avec l’établissement et le code envoyé pour les arrivées tardives ne correspond pas. C’est dommage de ne pas régler ce souci qui dure depuis longtemps paraît il.

Toujours très bien accueillis par la responsable très attentive à nos besoins . Bon rapport qualité prix du petit déjeuner. Le grand parking est appréciable. Très bonne étape

Hotel prit pour y passer une nuit, accueil parfait, rien à redire sur la chambre, calme, literie très bien. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, seul bémol la taille de la pièce et donc la conception du coin petit déjeuner, nous sommes trop les uns sur les autres. Sinon les produits sont excellents du pain aux viennoiseries en passant par les boissons.
