"The hotel was great and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The only downside is that it says parking is available, which it is, but it's definitely not included in the room rate, and 24 hours is £50! So the next best option is to park in Charlotte Carpark for £20(more expensive if you have diesel)and it takes a while to get through the traffic and walk back to the hotel."

It was a convenient base for exploring Bath, and we’d definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended for families visiting the city!"

BUT and this is a big BUT it is not a proper Spa hotel which I did not pick up on until too late, it offers treatments but not the typical pool or sauna options you would expect, I was really disappointed and felt a bit ripped off as I don't feel it is good value for money without having a proper Spa, its a bit cheeky for it to be listed on Expedia under the spa category. But it is stunning, it is quirky, I loved the record player in the room, I loved the bed and the breakfast was great, the staff were lovely as well."
