You will live on the entire ground floor (120 sqm) of a detached house in a wonderful natural setting, with a large terrace with fine lounge furniture and then a fenced garden of around 400 sqm with a barbecue area, for sole use! On the first floor there is another smaller apartment (60 sqm) and the apartment of the caretaker couple. The apartment and the entire house are newly renovated and furnished to a very high standard. It offers three double bedrooms, a perfectly equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, stove with ceramic hob, large fridge, microwave, kettle, toast, coffee machine etc., a spacious hall with a wood-burning stove for a romantic atmosphere in winter, and a high-quality bathroom with Bathtub, double washbasin and lots of storage space, a separate toilet with hand washbasin and an approx. 35 sqm living room with dining area, elegant leather sofa, large satellite TV, games, books etc. and a breathtaking view of the mountain landscape. The beautifully planted garden with barbecue area and grill is only available to you. Outside the house there is a spacious children's playground with swings, slide, climbing hut and seesaw. On the large terrace with high-quality lounge furniture and large awning, you can have breakfast or dinner outdoors in spring and summer. Or relax in the comfortable sun loungers. The holiday home is located on our Pfaffenlehen estate in a secluded location, which consists of a riding stable, home, our villa and your house. The entire park-like area with about 10 hectares is fenced. This is followed by our own forest, in which there are wonderful walks. Hiking trails lead around the estate, also ideal for walking your dogs. At the horse farm on the estate there are riding possibilities on a school horse for children and adults. Riding lessons can be arranged with the riding instructor upon arrival. We ask you to discuss the possible availability with the riding instructor. The house is 9 km from the spa town of Bad Reichenhall, world famous for its brine and thermal baths, and 11 km from Berchtesgaden with the famous salt mine, Königssee and Watzmann. The World Heritage Site Salzburg is 30 minutes away by car. Bushaltestelle ist in ca. 5min zu Fuss zu erreichen und von da aus ist man in 35min am Königssee! Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert, vielen Dank. Am Fuße der schlafenden Hexe mit direktem Zugang zum Wald liegt der Reiterhof und mitten drin das Ferienhaus. Unser Hund war zu tiefst glücklich über die tollen Möglichkeiten für diverse Spaziergänge und dem Auslauf im eingezäunten Garten. Unser Tochter war gleich morgens bei den Pferden und konnte sogar Reitunterricht bekommen. Das Berchtesgadener Land bietet so vielfältige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und von unserem Ferienhaus waren alle sehr schnell zu erreichen. Jeder in unserer Familie hat hervorragend in den Betten geschlafen, was keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Alleine für unseren 82-jährigen Opa/Vater war das Badezimmer denkbar ungeeignet, da es nur eine Badewanne und keine Dusche gibt. Aber das war uns bekannt und so waren wir vorbereitet. Mit vier Erwachsenen, zwei Kindern und einem großen Hund haben wir einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. ##### Kerrin B. Die Lage koennte nicht besser sein, und die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war fuer mich nicht ganz einfach im Dunkeln mit ein Navi zu finden, also wuerde ich empfehlen vorherr nach die letzten hundert Meter zu Fragen. ##### Joseph B. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, Terrasse und umzäunter Garten ideal zum Draußensein und für vierbeinige Gäste. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig, grün, Bergblick, Panoramafenster. Man kann direkt vom Hof aus loswandern. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es hat einfach alles gepasst . Der große Garten war für unsere Hunde ein Paradies. Es hätte nicht schöner sein können. Die Umgebung war klasse man hat alle Ausflugsziele schnell erreicht.
