  • This spacious downtown mansion boasts a private library in the sunroom, dedicated billiard room with multiple TVs, loaded game room in basement, and a hidden vintage speakeasy. If that's not enough, enjoy the massive backyard off the back deck just beneath the Vulcan statue. The home rests quietly in the heart of Birmingham's Southside district, blocks away from UAB's medical facilities, Dreamland BBQ & Mellow Mushroom. 5-10 minutes from everything.

    We are local and always a quick phone call away!

    Restaurants, bars, Top Golf and Protective Stadium are all a short car drive from the house and city scooters are available throughout the neighborhood.
    ****NO PARTIES ALLOWED*** $1500 fine plus damages, as well as immediate removal if this policy is violated.

    -Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed.

    -Quiet hours after 10 pm--strictly enforced.
