Facilities very good and rooms modern and clean - bed & pillows extremely comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Due to the gym being busy parking can be difficult at times and there is a lot of construction work ongoing.

Lovely hotel. Room was clean and looked great. Family room was 2 queen beds which amazed my daughter! Restaurant was quite expensive so we ordered in but would definitely stay again.

Really helpful staff, rooms immaculate, on site gym brilliant. Food wasnt great unfortunately, 1.5hour wait for wrong food to arrive, however the stsff dealt with the situation really well, csnt fault them. Maybe the food issue was isolated to me. Generally village hotels are really good. Ill stay again for sure

This was an excellent hotel for our needs as a stopover for crufts nec.The room was clean the food was good all the staff were excellent no problems would book again if going to Birmingham.

Room was newly decorated comfortable and lovely. Breakfast was fine but not much variety. Staff in hotel and restaurant were really friendly and helpful but some gym/pool staff were fixated on their phones and not as helpful to visitors! Not enough locker keys for visitors to loan which for the pool.

Clean room. Looks like I stayed in a brand new renovated room. There is a lot of building work being done with the lift to my floor being out so had to walk the rest of the way up stairs which wasn’t a big issue for me.
