- This property is a four bedrooms one and a half bath very spacious this home has a big dining room table to entertain at least eight people, nice outdoor space for grilling and relaxing. It is also very private. Backyard it is very close to the downtown and UAB and the Civic Center two note No parties are allowed penalty $5000. No inside smoking penalty $500 .this home have just about all the amenities that you will need. It is an older urban neighborhood, but very nice. The neighbors are very friendly. It is just very comfortable for relaxing with family and friends. This home. It is not for hosting big event or any type of event. It is a home no parties. Don’t block neighs driveway. Respect your neighs. Neighs are very friendly. This is a nice getaway home away from your home. Be blessed. Stay blessed.❤️
