The staff were very welcoming and professional. They could not do enough for us and made our stay pleasant snd drama free. The room had every amenity we could need and was super clean. It was also very modern and sleek in decor which made it feel very welcoming. We will definatly stay there again after the next confersnce

Stayed here whilst attending an exhibition at the NEC, located within 5 minutes from the NEC and train station and lots of parking spaces. Staff were so friendly and attentive and the room was lovely, spacious and very clean! Would 100% stay here again.

Our third stay in the past 12 months - our favourite hotel for the NEC. Always plenty of parking, great breakfast and clean rooms. A special mention must go to Helen who is helpful and friendly beyond words. Thank you all for another great stay!

The hotel and all the staff were wonderful. My flight arrived early and they graciously checked me in early so I could get settled comfortably. Breakfast was great, with lots of choices. The room was clean. Whatever requests I had, were quickly accommodated. Thank you everyone!

The air con was great but the beds were a bit hard although that is a personal preference. The staff were very friendly but I did ask three different members if I had to put my car registration in on both days and was told no by all three only to then be told yes by the fourth member of staff when I checked out so am a bit worried in case I get a parking ticket. I did feel that it was very expensive and there was something vile on the tap that I had to clean off myself before using. It was very quiet which was good.

We had a great stay here on a busy weekend with lots of guests because of an event at the NEC! Staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, our room was wonderful and we were very thankful for the AC! Great location for walking to the NEC, and very quiet away from the main thoroughfare

Great welcome from start to finish. The staff were well trained and were very helpful. Room was comfortable and perfectly clean. Food and drinks were of good quality and presented well. Couldn’t fault anything.

Since the upgrade from the IBIS, the rooms and bar/restaurant area are a lot nicer. Sadly the food hasn’t changed and is still very poor. Microwave meals.

The room was very clean although perhaps small for 3 adults. Reception staff were very helpful. Our room had been made up for 2 people despite the booking being for 3 but staff offered to change the room (which we declined) and within minutes the bedding we needed had been brought to the room. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced to say we were a captive audience and breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. All in all we would definitely stay again.

We booked with hotels.com when it was the ibis styles. We booked with breakfast. When we arrived, the hotel was now run by Marriot as AC Hotels but the breakfast option had not been transferred along with tge booking. However the staff/management allowed us to have breakfast once we showed then the itinerary on the hotels app. Other than that the stay was very good.
