This Hotel is Perfect, staff perfect. Breakfast perfect loads to eat , little bags to help yourself to fruit cakes crossants what ever you would like to take complimentary, Clean room and bathroom with a note stating if you have forgotten Comb razer , sanitary items. Anything just ask they are complimentary. Everything just perfect

The tiles on the bathroom floor were loose. Bed was too small and it was noisy through out the night so had no sleep. Breakfast was good.

The satff were friendly and accommodating but the bed was far too small to be classed as a double, it was more the size of a large single bed. The shower had a very poor flow, but the hotel was clean and tidy.

Great value.
A very nice stay at StarCity. Great value for money with the free breakfast and parking. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean.

Nice stay
Nice stay, hotel very comfortable as the standard of Holiday Inn. Room was very clean, big enough, with great facilities. Breakfast is fine, with a good variety. Location was a little far away from city centre but you could reach there easy. Unique negative thing was that we arrived around 3PM and we had to wait for our room. Checkin was from 2PM

Dirty, stairwell had a poop stained tissue dumped when we were there Friday and was still there when we left Sunday. Rats everywhere. There was blood on the curtains. Staff, other then one blonde lady were very lazy, loads of free tables available for breakfast but all covered in plates, 2 girls sat on reception chatting instead of clearing while the other woman did everything. Nothing to eat in evening but nothing on website to say that, website says restaurant and bar food available. Wall paper peeling in room and hooks on wall fell off when coat was put on. Avoid at all costs. Never had a bad HI until now and won't use again.

The receptionist that checked us in was not friendly and didn’t explain anything to us, he just handed the keys over and said you room is over there. No house keeping was done during our entire stay, to Nina where emptied. No tea and milk replacements.

Lovely
Much nicer than expected, room was big and clean. I don't normally eat the included breakfast as placed but it was very nice here. Receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again
