Great hotel overall - nice room, friendly staff, good bed, and shower was too notch. Only small thing was that the building was a bit of a maze trying to find the rooms. I'd happily stay there again when I next come to Birmingham. Highly recommend!

Clean, polite staff and well located, but lack of parking is a setback. Pool is dated and craving for renovation. Pool is in a different building across the road which is a university sports centre; not stated when booking. No towels provided at the pool. So make sure u get a towel from the room if you are staying at the hotel.

Some isues I had were quickly resolved by the Manager. Thank you .The reception staff were helpful. The evening meal was satisfctory but a solitary experince and there was a very limited menu as the restaurant was reserved for "confrence" members.This is clearly a hotel for students and not for others who are visitors to Bimingham.

A relatively modern complex handy for the city centre. The bedroom and bathrooms were very clean and tidy with all amenities. The breakfast was buffet style and catered for most, if not alk, needs. I also booked parking through the hotel whichvwas vloseby and sensibly priced.
