did not let us in despite us paying for it but because Hotels.com did not pay the hotel despite us having a confirmation booking number, they would not let us in and we spent the night in a storage area waiting, my son had been involved in a car accident and had concussion yet they would not give us the room we paid for because Hotels.com whom we had paid through did not pay them. disgraceful

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Nothing like the photos, very run down. Staff very nice. Shower not in great condition.
This hotel is neglected and is being used as a refugee centre for young Asian and Eastern European men. As a single female I felt extremely intimidated as the men were hanging around in the corridor outside their rooms. While I have every sympathy, these men are traumatised and come from countries that generally have low respect for women. I didnt see any refugee women or children.
When I spoke about it to the receptionist he said that I should not have been put on the 7th floor and that they had another floor reserved for guests.
