Meeting old friends

Great property, great location, very safe in an area where there is a lot to do! Golf, dining, stores, right of 280 close to downtown if needed. Highly recommend!

Home Away From Home

The host was very responsive and was very accommodating. This property was definitely the home away from home experience. Very clean and the location was perfect with the restaurants and shopping center near by.

Wonderful location!!!

We came to school shop at the Summit and it was SO close by!!! Also close by the gym, bowling place, Target and many excellent restaurants!!!! Location was everything. Loved having 2 bedrooms and a kitchen to cook in….much better than a hotel.

This place was very clean and in a very good neighborhood. It was a big plus it was also less than 15 minutes to shopping centers and the mall. Property manager is very easy to reach and responds in a timely manner. Would stay here again

Clean an Comfortable

While the complex is a bit older it has been well maintained. The unit itself has had updates and is very clean. Located off 280 it is convenient to restaurants and other parts of Birmingham. There is a Publix abut one mile west of the unit.

Nice 2 bedroom house

A nice place, clean and was a really convenient location to where we needed to visit. Only thing I would say is there are a lot of stairs / steps at the house if you have anyone with you with mobility issues but it was still workable. 2 nice bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood. Which was perfect for us.

Good deal

The property was good. A lot of stairs that if you know ahead is fine. Nice sized and has all amenities you would need. Easy to get to other areas though traffic on the main road to there is very heavy just to know for getting there and leaving.

We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the coffee! The location was great and close to everything we needed. The upstairs bedrooms didnt seem to stay cool, we had to buy us a fan. It would be great if there was at least one other tv upstairs, but we brought our own. Also the kitchen needed a big pot and big skillet. But overall it was a really nice and clean.

Easy location for shopping at The Summit and at other high end boutiques. Appreciated the privacy and on street parking directly in front of the townhouse unit in a small development with easy access to Hwy 240. Enjoyed the courtyard for coffee and evening cocktails.

This house was AWESOME. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was no problem getting back and forth to the airport which was 17 minutes away. I would definitely rent this spot again,
