Lovely room (junior suite) with all amenities you would want for a lovely stay in Budapest. Breakfast was a pleasant assortment of hot and cold in a remarkable restaurant right next door to the hotel. Lovely bathroom with heated floor and perfectly hot and powerful shower (very much appreciated in January Budapest temperatures!). I highly recommend Callas Hotel for a pleasant, quiet and trouble free stay in the very central heart of the city.

Really good hotel.
Best things about it:
1. large room, lot of space
2. washing machine in the room (it saved our journey)
3. excellent service, very considerate
4. good location, 5 minutes walk to metro, 20 minutes walk to city center

Rock hard mattresses
Average food, high prices but very bad beds and pillows. Mattresses so hard they gave me aches and cramps. They’ve clearly scrimped on the mattresses here and for 250 euros a night it’s a joke. Avoid
