"The whole place was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! It is an older facility but is in pretty good shape, considering. The breakfast was fresh and yummy. Honestly, my only complaint is that the hot tub was not very hot at all. Otherwise, the place was lovely!!"

"This is a beautiful property both inside and out. The cabin is decorated in a comfortable style with plenty of space for everyone. It is one of the cleanest and most organized homes we have have rent rented with everything you would need or want to use while on vacation. The rec room downstairs was a source of fun and laughter for the kids and grandkids. Everyone felt very much at home there and none of the grandkids wanted to leave. It is also a close and pretty drive to Holiday World where we spent a couple days. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel very welcome using this home. Highly recommended!"

"We absolutely loved this property! It was very close to local amenities like Holiday World and Santa’s candy shop. The property was immaculately maintained and well decorated. The beds were comfortable, showers were hot, and little added touches like the s'mores supplies were a great surprise! My small boys (5 and 2) shared the kid’s room and we loved that the house had a few toys for the kids to enjoy. The floor bed and bunk bed with a top tent were a huge hit. The stairs to the basement were baby proofed with a sturdy locking gate for added safety. The host responded to any messages immediately and really seemed to care about whether we were happy and satisfied with the property. The property itself was tucked back far from the road and was so peaceful and quiet. There is a lot of yard to enjoy and let kids run around and play safely. I highly recommend this property, especially to a family with young kids. We will definitely be using this property again in the future!"

"Very family friendly, BIG open rooms with a huge livingroom/dining room that allowed plenty of room for the kids to play and sleep! Even supplied kid toys, inside and outside! Will definitely try to book again when my family goes back to HOLIDAY WORLD. Only a short drive to Holiday World and still far enough away from all the noise and traffic!"
Lakeside Cabin Near Holiday World Perfect for Families & Friends

"The reviews are spot on and the pictures do not do this place justice! I booked this as a little weekend get away for myself, my husband and my two boys. The end goal was to have as much fun as possible at Holiday World — the place we stayed didn’t really matter as long as it was clean. Surprise! We only did ONE day at Holiday World (which was amazing — blew Kings Island out of the water) and the rest of our time was spent enjoying the amenities of the cabin. Perfect amount of space for us four. The lakes were amazing and lake swimming/fishing with Dad will totally be a new core memory for the boys. We were catching fish within five minutes of casting! Only two negatives were that there were wasps/nests at one of the docks (this is now also a core memory for my kids, Mom/Step Mom counter attacking the wasps!) I’m sure this will be taken care of though and should be expected — you are in the woods! The other negative has nothing to do with the cabin and more to do with location — good food is hard to comeby out in the middle of nowhere. This is an easy fix — bring your own goodies! There is a grill and a full CLEAN kitchen with well stocked plates/cookware.We will most certainly be back for another stay!"
