### 3 room app. B - Wohnpark Binz (with indoor pool)

The 3 room apartments of category B are about 50 square meters in size and are located on the ground floor. There is a living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, another separate toilet and two bedrooms available. In front of the apartment is a small Freisitz. In the bedrooms there is a double bed with two mattresses, in the living room can also sleep up to two persons on a combined living / sleeping couch. For a small child up to 2 years we will gladly provide you a travel cot in the apartment (only 15 €). The apartment has W-LAN reception. Coin - washing machine and dryer are available in the property. The decor is comfortable, but partly slightly simpler than the other categories. So you may be "only" a 55cm tube TV and no larger LCD TV available. The price includes a parking space in the car park (about 90 m) for a car up to 1,90 m height. Higher cars, underground parking spaces and further parking spaces only on direct request at the Feriendomizil at an extra charge.

In the residential park are apartments for two to eight persons with up to three bedrooms, living room with integrated kitchen and one or more bathrooms. The apartments are comfortably furnished. In addition to microwave, telephone, cable TV, radio and CD player, a microwave and a hairdryer are provided. On arrival, the beds are for you and a basic towels are provided. The apartments are located in a small park with old trees and a garden pond with fountains. Benches and covered sun loungers in the well-kept garden areas invite you to linger. On the day of arrival, the experienced staff at the front desk welcome you and help you with any questions during your holiday. We are happy to assist you with your luggage, also a pre-shipment is possible. For those arriving by car, parking is available in a car park or in the underground car park. For bicycles are available free parking in the garage. Service offers for you: (partly for a fee)
