Pets are not allowed. It measures around 120 m², is cosy and fully equipped, with views of the inner courtyard and swimming pool. Ideal for cyclists. It has a ground floor with an inner courtyard and a first floor with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It has capacity for 5 people. It has a spacious living-dining room with fireplace and toilet. The kitchen is independent and has an office, it is an induction kitchen and is equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a private landscaped patio of about 50 m² with a swimming pool, which allows total privacy, with garden furniture and a barbecue. Very clean. Within walking distant to all amenities. There’s a variety of great restaurants a few minutes walk away. Easy access to the motorway if you have a car. Two negatives - the pool stays very cold all day and the on-street parking can be tricky to find as you could be driving around for a while to find a place that is convenient for the house. It wouldn’t put me off coming here again though. The tv was great for watching films at christmas.a great bbq which is an unusual find in an airbnb. Binissalem is a lovely town with great shops and an excellent restaurant down the road that wish we had discovered years ago!As it was Christmas, little touches like a christmas tree, decorations as well as a lovely bottle of wine and turron made such a difference. A small shop, a few restaurants, another large supermarket about 5 minutes by car. The accommodation is clean, everything looks like in the photos. The town is close to the highway, the travel time to the beaches in the south and north of the island is 30-45 minutes. Parking is always within walking distance. Can be recommended to everyone who does not want crowded resorts. No nasty surprises.The pool is very nice, but it is still in the shade, so the water is relatively cold. Binissalem’s location for exploring other parts of the island made it very easy. Una nota sobresaliente en cuanto a ubicación, casa impecable, no puedo señalar ningún aspecto negativo.
