This beautiful finca is located on the outskirts of Binissalem, in a quiet rural area. The finca, with a reformed style, is very spacious and bright and also fully equipped for you to spend unforgettable holidays in the countryside. Undoubtedly, the most spectacular of the villa is the exterior: it has a large swimming pool, a natural grass garden surrounding the property and several fully furnished terraces ideal for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

The house is located entirely on the ground floor and has capacity for 3 people. In addition, right next to the main house, you will find a second space, to enjoy the best moments next to the terrace and pool, fully equipped with a second kitchen and furniture to be comfortable.



The nearest town is Binissalem, a small town full of life surrounded by vineyards in the center of Mallorca. In Binissalem you can find traditional market (Friday) which is very nice, where you have all kinds of meats, vegetables (fresh and local) flowers, etc. Thursday's Old Town bars and rods made tapas and ends in a bar with a live concert.Summer nights are very popular animated with live music to enjoy a pleasant evening and to dance.Apart from these activities, during the day you have other activities like hiking in a nearby village Binissalem and the Sierra de Tramuntana World Heritage rural environment. Area particularly suitable for carrying out cycling. Binissalem is undoubtedly an ideal starting point to explore the island, as it is only 25 minutes by car from the Bay of Alcúdia and its large sandy beach, and 20 minutes from the Serra de Tramuntana or Palma, the capital of the island.
