Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 21 m², an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a loggia. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A living room of 21 m² with TV, sofa bed (double, 140×190) and dining area. \- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine... \- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a closet. \- A bathroom with shower. \- Separate toilet. Outside : \- A 2 m² loggia with furniture to enjoy fine weather and the view of the port The apartment is ideally located in Binic, in a very pleasant environment with view on the port. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... of a playground for the children... Les petit déjeuners avec le lever du soleil sur la baie de Saint-Brieuc et les promenades de fin de journées sur la jetée étaient splendides. On voit la mer depuis la table à manger, depuis le canpé et même depuis la chambre. Le sentier côtier GR34 départ juste devant le batiment et la plage ce trouve à une dizaine de metres seulement. L'acceuil de Francoise et de Jean Luc était très bien et souriant. Nous recommendons cet appartement et revenons avec beaucoup de plaisir. ##### Agence C.
