I love everything from this hotel. Hanoi indochine Premium is located in an old Quarter of Hanoi and it is just few mins away from the famous Hoan Kiem Lake. The staffs, they are absolutely so friendly and attentive. Thank you Jimmi, for helping me out all the times throughout my stay in Hanoi The bed is so comfy and the room is clean. The breakfast is good and I love it so much, that they have porridge on the buffet and I tried the Spa as I was so freaking tired after a 14 hours flight. The masseur was so good and she knew how to do her job so well.

There should be more beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. There is less than 10 umbrellas, for the size of the hotel more is needed. I was here for 3 nights and attempted to get an umbrella on the beach after breakfast and was not able to.
