Biloxi Waterfront House With A View / Downtown Biloxi, Ocean Springs & Keesler

  • Full remodel 2022, Absolutely adorable 1800 square foot cottage located right on St. Martin Bayou. Enjoy coastal breezes on the large back porch WITH A VIEW! Very conveniently located near I-10 and close to downtown Biloxi, downtown Ocean Springs, and Promenade in D'Iberville (5-7 min drive to all 3 locations). Open plan with a large kitchen and living space, laundry room, and 3 bedrooms along the north side of the house with a Jack & Jill bath in between...Large master suite with a relaxing, over-sized tub in the master bathroom, and a half bath in the front hallway. Enjoy tv's in each bedroom

    The property is located on Saint Martin Bayou giving you the potential to catch redfish and speckled trout. A great location for kayak fishing which could be launched from the back yard. The Brittany Avenue boat launch is located less than 1.5 miles away.

    Everything on the property is open to guests other than the garage. It will be included for guests with longer stays.
