This was the perfect family stay for people who don’t want the overwhelm of the Lego hotels. It had tons for the kids to do - playground, indoor soccer/hockey gym, table tennis, etc. It was an easy 18 minute walk into town/Lego House along the Sculpture path. The restaurant was beautiful and offered a wide variety of food options. Rhubarb juice was a favourite. I wish I had known about the free shuttle before we got off the plane and paid for a ride to the hotel. The free shuttle goes to all the key places of interest and runs once an hour. Two things about the hotel: the Expedia deal offering drink credit only gets you one drink for the whole stay. Something that would make the hotel absolutely perfect would be to have laundry facilities on-site.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; we were able to get food and transportation at difficult times and they helped us solve a couple of planning problems that came up on our end. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection.

Property was not cleaner regularly. Yogurt stain on floor of the lift for multiple days. Room was not cleaned once in 5 days. Just resolved the bedding. On one day they re folded on bed but left the other. Breakfast was good. Nice vast choice to fit all tastes. Fantastic location. When we arrived. We had booked a 2x single room (twin) when entering. The bed was set up as a double. When we spoke to reception, it was an effort for them to change it. With them saying. We dont have matress tippers for singles. And that the rooms dont cater for twin singles. Was not a great experience when you have payed of one thing and get made to feel you are in the wrong when you request what is paid for.

The hotel was great - perfect location, 10-15 mins to walk to Lego House, 5 mins to Legoland. The staff were so helpful and the hotel is great - nice amenities, pool, gym, indoor sports room, ping pong table - too many things to mention. The breakfast is comfortably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had too - such fresh food and wide selection. 1 point to flag - the hotel has no air con in rooms and it was hot whilst we were there 30C plus. We had a fan that helped, but just to flag. Would still say the hotel is 9/10 - with air con, easy 10/10. Will definitely stay again.

We love this place. Great for a quick Lego trip. Location perfect, facilities good for families, breakfast is amazing! It just needs a better dinner option and it would be perfect. However, La Landia 5 mins walk does have dinner options... We'll be back having visited twice already.

This property was in an ideal location, 15 min walk from The LEGO house and approx 5mins from LEGO Land. Breakfast was lovely and there was a shop to grab bits of food/drink through out the day (we opted to add this on to the room). Staff were lovely and attentive. Would defo book The Lodge again when I visit.

This was our second visit to The Lodge and it won’t be the last! We had a lovely week. The staff are exceptional- so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and pleasant - a little hot as others have said but we were on the top floor. The pool was out of order for the first part of the week but alternative provision made. When the pool reopened it was great fun for our son. The games room is also brilliant. The breakfast really is very good - so much choice. Thanks so much to The Lodge for another great stay!

I can’t say enough great things about the Lodge Billund! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room size was good with a nice bathroom. There were lots of things to do from the pool and sauna to areas for kids to play. The breakfast was the highlight though. Truly the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. So many choices and much of it homemade!

Cannot fault the lodge, super friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and great location for LegoLand, Lego House and Lalandia. We were disappointed that the swimming pool was out of order, as we were looking forward to a swim after long days walking around. Although there was an agreement with another hotel, not much use as latest swim time was about 3pm and we weren’t back by then. That said, my son liked the games room and we found other things to do.

La struttura è bella ed è vicino sia al centro che a Legoland. Inoltre vicino c'è Lalandia e tanti parchetti per i bambini. Personalmente, però, se dovessi tornarci soggiornerei al Legoland village, il campeggio di fronte. Avevamo scelto questo hotel perchè dotato di piscina ma l'abbiamo trovata inagibile. Inoltre non ha ristorante. Morale: nom ci tornerei.
