The plumbing in our bath didn’t work properly. My wife wanted to take a bath, but the drain plug didn’t operate to close the drain. Our home town airport my drivers license was lost. I had to go to a government website and get a temporary ID to board the plane, the next morning. I asked the desk attendant if they could print the paperwork sent by email. No problem, i was told, just send it to a particular email and they would hold it at the desk. I received a return email stating that they weren’t allowed to print it. Next morning while having breakfast, i went to the front dest and ask if they could print the email, sent the night before. The front desk attendant said, “no problem, i’ll take care of it”. A moment later She brought the document. Great service. We always look to see if there’s a Home 2 in the town we are planning to visit, in advance of our travel. We love the this chain of hotels and select over all others. Keep up the standard!

It was okay, the whole reason I chose this place was for the airport shuttle. I reserved it the night before but apparently another group of people came out and took it. I had to get to the airport at 4:00 a.m. so when we left the lobby we no longer had the keys, and the front desk lady disappeared. We waited for 15 minutes and nobody was there so I attempted to call the hotel because we could not get back in and nobody answered the phone. Luckily the security guy saw us and gave us a ride up to the airport thanks to him being on point we actually made our aiflight. But it was definitely not worth the stress of possibly missing the flight

The breakfast menu was excellent, as was the staff. The issue was that we were unable to check into the rooms until after we had attended our 50th Reunion event that evening, because the computer system was down. We were unable to get ready for our event, as the lobby was full of waiting customers, who many were also going to a concert. It was very frustrating to try to get ready, iron clothes, share one women'st bathroom with everyone getting a room in the hotel for the night. On checkout, we requested a free night (Friday night) and were told that the Manager would have to contact us by phone as they weren't working Sunday. It is Tuesday and we haven't received a phone call back yet! One elevator didn't work for the entire weekend, and there was remodel work being done throughout the building all weekend!

We went their for our special night out that was planned months in advance and we couldn’t check in at 3, we were told the system was down and we would have to wait until it was back up, we weren’t offered any kind of compensation and they didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience. We had a concert to go to and couldn’t even freshen up after a long drive or put our things in the fridge as it was about 95degrees out! I will never book with them again, we paid for a whole night and couldn’t check in until about 8-9 and we we’re already at the concert!

Property is very close to the airport for easy access to your flight. It was noisy, you could hear other people in their room , the hallway and doors opening and shutting.

A little bit of a sketchy area, as we pulled up we had people yelling and seemed to be doing illegal substances. On the other side of the parking lot a dude was getting wasted and then the cops showed up and arrested him. Our toliet clogged and we were handed a plunger to fix it ourselves. This was one of my only options in our route that was pet friendly but it was not worth what we paid. Breakfast was decent nothing fancy and the pool was good enough for my kids to get energy out.
