Outdoors to make the most of The cottage is accessed via a terraced garden comprising three distinct areas: Two lawn terraces, one with a small round table for enjoying your coffee overlooking the lake. A gravel terrace with a large table for 6, parasol and plancha for outdoor meals. Ideal location 📍 Petit Bilieu, peaceful residential area at : 5 minutes' walk from Bilieu beach (residents only - badge provided) 3 minutes' walk from Le Tilleul restaurant 10 minutes' walk from the village centre (grocery shop, café-concert, pizza truck) 🚗 Private car park at the end of the cul-de-sac Services and facilities Personalised welcome by Alain and Aïda Baby equipment available on request Small pets welcome (under 20 kg - max. 2) → They must be supervised, respectful of the premises and the neighbourhood.
