Private entrance with separate gate and 2 parking spaces. Enjoy a 60 m² covered terrace with a plancha grill, garden furniture, large family table and lake views, ideal even in rainy weather. The enclosed garden includes a swing, slide and vegetable garden (herbs available). Interior renovated in a warm 60s style: 1 bedroom (160x200 bed) 1 bedroom (2 90x200 beds) Shower room + separate WC Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table Living room with sofa bed (160x200), TV, fibre connection, teleworking area 📍 Location & nearby activities At the end of the street: cycle path 300 m away (4 mins on foot via the greenway): Bilieu beach, reserved for residents and campsite guests (badge provided). 5 mins away: Charavines, with its market, shops and restaurants.
