The apartment has been recently renovated and consists of two double bedrooms, a living-dining room, kitchen, and bathroom.
The apartment is very bright and has 3m high ceilings, an elevator, individual heating, hot water, free WiFi and Netflix, a 43-inch flat-screen TV, natural oak flooring, and large windows with blinds.
BEDROOMS. The master bedroom has a 1.50m XL double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two 0.90m single beds and a double wardrobe. All beds have sheets, pillows, and duvets. Both bedrooms have large windows with blinds and access to a balcony.
LIVING/DINING ROOM. This is a spacious room with a dining table, TV area, and a comfortable 1.40 m Italian sofa bed.KITCHEN. Fully equipped: crockery, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, kitchenware, NESPRESSO coffee machine with capsules, kettle, herbal teas, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, toaster, juicer, blender, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine (with soap and fabric softener), and microwave.
BATHROOM. It has a large walk-in shower and everything you need to relax: towels, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, thermostatic shower column, hairdryer, hair straighteners, and magnifying mirror.
