The direct Bizkaibus bus line (A-3247) runs from Loiu Airport to Bilbao Intermodal Station, with buses running every 15–30 minutes and a fare of approximately €3.

If you need to enter or leave the apartment before or after check-in and check-out times, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

You can choose to check in independently or have us meet you in person. You decide how!

Covid-19: For a safer stay, we’ve installed an electronic access system (smart lock) and online check-in process that ensures our guests can arrive without any physical interaction, if they prefer.
We’re also delighted to welcome you and greet you in person safely (wearing a mask, maintaining social distancing, and practising hand hygiene).
We follow the guidelines set by health authorities (enhanced cleaning protocols, social distancing, mask-wearing, and 24-hour remote support).
-Smoking area: Smoking is only permitted on the terraces (there are two).
-Check-in day: Please let us know your approximate arrival time at the apartment as soon as possible.
-Complete the guest registration form on the day of arrival (as required by official regulations).
