Fire place wasn't working for us and the heater was so loud we had to turn it off. Would have been nice to be able to use the fireplace. Told in the morning that the fireplaces were tricky. Would have been nice if there was a note to say to call front desk if it would not work for us. You could not hear the tv with the heat system on.

Had a little difficulty with google maps finding the place, but was great once we got there. I hadn't gotten the email with directons for keyless entry etc. But was a helpful person on phone when we arrived.
