"The staff was incredible however there were toe nail clippings on the floor when we arrived. Also the restaurant above us was very loud until late and early in the AM. The view was obstructed by a very large TV. But mostly the cleanliness of the room was a big issue."

"To be fair I did look back at my four page email confirmation and did see I was informed there was no wi fi. Did not see that. We did not come to Big Sur to surf internet but no access to outside phone calls, weather and maps presented difficult planning logistics."
