"Look…I reserved this location to break up a 14 hour trip. I was looking for decent and clean with a pool. First, on check in…no hot water. They offered a 25% discount or free cancel. We have been in the car 11 hours at this point. We can live without a shower…my kids just want to get in the pool. ..."
